Information on the processing of personal data
(Under art. 13 of Legislative Decree 196/2003 ) A. S. D. NEW RUN TEAM Via Boethius n. 48 / A 28069 Trecate (No), as Promoter of the event called “SWIMRUN CHEERS” and as the data controller of personal data, according and pursuant to Legislative Decree. 30/06/2003 no. 196 “Code concerning the protection of personal data”, hereinafter the “Privacy Code”, hereby informs that the aforementioned regulation provides for the protection of persons and other subjects regarding the processing of personal data and that such treatment will be based on the principles of correctness, legality, transparency and the protection of privacy and the rights of the interested party. The personal data provided will be treated in accordance with the provisions of the aforementioned law and the privacy obligations therein.
1. Purposes of data processing
The personal data provided (hereinafter, the “Personal Data”) will be used for the following purposes:
a. activities relating to the provision of services requested (such as requests for entry to the SWIMRUN CHEERS event, newsletter subscription, information requests, requests for documentation submission, reporting of any misuse). For this purpose the provision of data is optional, but failure to do so may make it impossible to provide services. Under Article. 24 paragraph 1, letter. B of the privacy code we request consent to the processing of personal data as it is necessary to perform the obligations resulting from registration in SWIMRUN CHEERS, or before the conclusion of the event, in order to fulfill your specific requests .
b. research and statistical analyzes of aggregate or anonymous data, therefore without the possibility of identifying any single user, by which A. S. D. NEW RUN TEAM will measure the effectiveness of advertising campaigns on the web, website traffic and collect other similar information. This type of data processing, on aggregate or anonymous data, does not require the application of the privacy code.
c. fulfillment of obligations required by law, by regulation or by community legislation. Consent to the processing of personal data is not required for these purposes either.
d. promotional communications. In accordance with the order issued for the protection of personal data “Guidelines concerning promotional activities and against spam – July 4, 2013 ”, in the case that you give your consent to the receipt of information concerning promotional activities, including market research, the ASD NEW RUN TEAM will contact you by using ordinary mail, telephone contacts through an operator ( “traditional mode”), e-mail, sms messages and use of social networks ( “automatic mode”). Please note that at any time you can revoke the previously issued permission for traditional or automated modes of contact, notifying ASD NEW RUN TEAM without any formality, by writing to email@example.com. Providing data for these purposes is optional and requires your prior consent
e. to fulfill contractual obligations, or in compliance with the Event’s regulations and to fulfill specific requests by the interested party and manage the relationship with the latter. Personal Data will be used by the data controller to ascertain the identity of the interested party (also by validation of the e-mail address), thus avoiding possible fraud or misuse and to contact the same for operational purposes (eg.to manage event participation, to make contact in order to obtain data and additional information – such as a copy of the medical certificate – in order to ascertain the validity and avoid fraud and misuse); The provision of personal data for these purposes is not mandatory, but refusal to supply it or the supplying of false data may make it impossible to participate in the Event. The relative data processing does not require the consent of the interested party.
f. Communication of data for administrative and accounting purposes, or to carry out organisational, administrative, financial and accounting activities as well as functional activities in order to meet the obligations inherent to the Event, in accordance with art. 24, para. 1, letter. i-ter of the Privacy Code; The provision of personal data for these purposes is not mandatory, but the refusal to supply it or the supplying of false data may make it impossible to participate in the Event. The relative data processing does not require the consent of the interested party.
a. Personal data may also, subject to consent, be used for the following purposes: i) marketing, commercial and promotional activities , or specifically:

c. Customer satisfaction surveys
d. Marketing and promotional activities relating to events/advertising and promotional campaigns, aimed at informing on promotional sales activities, carried out by letter, telephone, automated calling systems, email, fax, sms-type messages, MMS or other types;
e. Invitations to events
f. Subscription to the newsletter
g. The provision of the data necessary for these purposes is not mandatory and their processing requires the consent of the interested party.
2. Data processing methods
Personal data are processed using manual, computerised and telecommunication methods following a method strictly related to the purposes indicated and, in any case, so as to ensure the integrity and confidentiality of the data.
3. Disclosure of Personal Data
Apart from communications made to comply with legal obligations, your Personal Data will be provided solely to persons with the competence of providing the necessary services for a correct management of the relationship with the interested party, that is with the participant in the event, with the guarantee of protection of the rights of the interested party. The physical and/or legal persons who can access personal data in their role of data controller are listed under the following point 5, as well as the staff of the administrative and commercial offices of the data controller with regard to the data necessary for the fulfillment of their assigned tasks.
Personal data may be disclosed to third parties solely for the purposes set out in paragraph 1, letters a), b) and c), in particular to:
- Shippers, carriers, owner-operators, post offices, logistics companies;
- Consultants and freelance professionals, also in association;
Personal Data will not be subject to disclosure except in cases provided for by law. For the purposes referred to at point 1, letter d) i) and ii), Personal Information may be disclosed, subject to consent, to MARES SpA, SBM Trading Impresa Sociale s.r.l., GORE Running, the Town councils of Verbania, Stresa, Baveno and Mergozzo who will use the personal data in the quality of independent data controllers (together referred to as “Partners”). Personal Data may also be disclosed to legal and/or physical persons carrying out activities on behalf of the Partners, who will use the personal data solely for the purposes specified in this paragraph. 4. Duration of data processing
Personal Data will be processed throughout the duration of the contractual relationship, that is, for the duration of the Event, and successively when necessary for the fulfillment of legal obligations. For the purposes referred to in paragraph 1, letters d) and e), Personal Data will be processed up to withdrawal of consent by the person concerned.

The interested party can contact the Data Controller at the registered office of the above Company to exercise his/her rights under Art. 7 of the Legislative Decree 196/03, provided below. The updated list of any managers to which Personal Data is disclosed is available at the registered office of the Company.
6. Rights of the interested party
The interested party has the right to obtain from the Data Controller cancellation, communication, updating, rectification and integration of the personal data concerning him/her, and generally may exercise all the rights provided for under Art. 7 of the Privacy Code, as follows:

The interested party has the right to obtain confirmation of the existence (or non-existence) of personal data concerning him, even if not yet registered, and to request that such data is communicated in legible form. The interested party has the right to obtain information about: - The origin of personal data; - The purposes and methods of processing; - The methods applied if the data is processed with the help of electronic instruments; - The identity of the Data Controller, the managers and the appointed representative pursuant to Art. 5, paragraph 2 of the Privacy Code; - The entities – or categories of entities – to which personal data may be disclosed or who can learn about them as appointed representatives for the territory of the State, managers or appointed persons.
The interested party has the right to obtain:
– the updating, correction or, if in his/her interests, the integration of data;
– the cancellation, the transformation in anonymous form or the blocking of data processed unlawfully, including data whose retention is unnecessary for the purposes for which the data was collected or subsequently processed;
– Confirmation that the operations in letters a) and b) have been communicated, also as regards their content, to those to whom the data had been communicated or disclosed, except if this proves impossible or implies the use of instruments that is clearly disproportionate to the right itself.
The interested party has the right to object, in full or in part, to:
– the processing of personal data for legitimate reasons, even if it is relevant to the purpose of collection;
– the processing of personal data for the purpose of sending advertising or direct sale material, or carrying out market research or commercial communication.
